01. Scope

SCQ Watches needed a site and identity that was the Bentley of the pre-owned watch market.

 

We were approached by Steve Quance to collaborate on a special project which would be a sister company to his very successful jewellery business. His new venture was based around the trading of luxury watches for high-end clientele.

He needed a site that would represent this and especially give him a presence on smartphones as he identified this as his target platform.

It’s easy to say we were pretty excited about this project.

02. Create

Focus on the end user with style the emphasis of how a sale will be made…

 

Before we started any work on Steve’s site we wanted to get the full lowdown on how this new venture would operate. We held a fact-finding meeting where we found out every little element of how users would be involved in interacting with the site. Steve wants to focus his efforts on social media and this will be through mobiles so we designed the site to mobile first.

We were collaborating with the fantastic guys at Essential Marketer on this project and their web development team so it was imperative that we all discussed in detail the brand positioning of the site.

We were so happy when we presented the site design to Steve as he was more than happy with the style and our proposal and the site is looking great.
