Wellbalanced are a small bookkeeping firm based in Solihull. They differ though in their USP and their approach, Jennie the owner is a bright and bubbly character and doesn’t want to be portrayed as your “typical accountant”. We wanted to help her break that mould with her new brand.

We intially undertook a thorough branding workshop with Wellbalanced that helped us to contextualise the brand that Jennie wanted, it also helped her to see what her business is and how it represents itself. We then developed a playful, colourful but still professional brand that encompasses everything that is important to Jennie and her team.

Branding.

The Wellbalanced brand had to be fun to sit comfortably with the nature of Jennie and her team. The main emphasis was on their tagline “bookkeeping and beyond”. We developed around the B and A in the word Balanced to produce a fun face icon that sits within the logmark. This was the start of a fun journey.

Creative.

Using fun creative icons, colours and pattern we have created an exciting approach to bookkeeping that helps the Welbalanced team sell to the right clients that they want to attract. Marketing collateral, digital and physical assets all were considered and are part of the brand feel.

Digital Development.

We produced a brand new site that is reflects the full brand of Wellbalanced, had fun elements, moving animations and unique photography to make the viewing experience a pleasure to be involved in, perfectly reflecting the owner.

Experience.

We decided that the Wellbalanced brand required more than just the “boring stock accountant photography”. So we set out to make this site fun and interesting with a full imagery brand guidelines and a unique feel to every image.

Results.


The bookkeeping and accounting world is a pretty functional one and its not often that you see a business disrupt a market like Wellbalanced are. We have provided them with a brand that they can be proud of, has gained a lot of attention across social media and has increased leads to the site.
