Massey Limited didn’t have a definitive brand but had been building for a number of years and their product really stood out from the crowd. We worked with the team to give them a new modern brand and pkaying on their “live in the dream” tagline. Our team also developed a new website to showcase the beautiful homes that Massey build, and continue to work on their ongoing investor documents and marketing collateral.

Using a mix of 3D interior/exterior shots and stunning project photography we gave the website a high-end feel which reflects the standard of service that sits with the companies ethos.

We devleoped a brand new extensive website that has full screen product imagery, detailed product listings and compliments the new brand perfectly. A focus on the customer experience is essential and helps to sell homes before they have even been built.
Marketing.
Massey Limited run a successful investment programme for people wanting to invest in housing developments but not risk doing it all themselves. Phase provide marketing brochures for investors information, creating opportunities for the team to sell.
